At the Dance Warehouse, we provide a unique and rewarding dance experience for each of our students. The following information describes what each dancer can expect!

Practice CD's:
We would like each dancer to have a practice CD. They will be passed out in class the first week of December. Your account will automatically be billed $8.00.

Trophies:
First year dancers will receive a certificates of achievement and medals. Trophies will be awarded to dancers who have taken classes for 2, 5 and 10 consecutive years at The Dance Warehouse. There will be a sign up at the studio in April.

Viewing:
We invite any parents who wish to view classes into our studios during the following viewing weeks: December 1 - 7 and May 1 - 7. Come see your child's progress!! We have viewing windows into all of our dance studios. Parents are welcome to observe any class.

Recital:
The culmination of our school year dance program is our spring recital. The recital will be held at Chanhassen High School. Recital dates are June 4 & 5. The excitement that this opportunity to perform for family and friends provides, keeps many young dancers coming back year after year.

Photos:
Photo dates are May 2 - 6, 2011. A schedule will be sent home with each dancer with his/her day and time. There will be no regular dance classes during photo week. Pictures will be taken of every class, with individual pictures of your dancer being taken only when ordered. Purchase of photos is optional.

Parties:
The Dance Warehouse will have Halloween parties with classes the week of October 25 - 30, 2010. Please have your dancer come to class dressed in his/her costumer ready for come "spooky" fun!

The studio will also have Holiday parties the week of December 13 - 18, 2010.

Missed Classes:
There are NO refunds for missed classes. Missed classes due to vacation and/or illness can be made up. Please consult with your instructor for a comparable class for your dancer.

Inclement Weather:
Dance will be cancelled if District 112 cancels school or after school activities due to inclement weather. There will be no refund for classes cancelled due to circumstances out of our control. Please check Voicemail at the studio for cancellation of classes. 952-361-3660.

Withdrawal:
In the case of withdrawal from a class at The Dance Warehouse, a two week ADVANCE notice must be given to the desk via email or written note.
